Employee Recognition

Recognize those employees who have helped in the downsizing effort. Remember just how difficult and even traumatic the entire process was for these individuals. Their jobs have been impacted in some significant manner as a result of the downsizing, yet they helped the organization implement it. Providing appropriate recognition to these individuals is very important.
