What's New in the Domino R5 HTTP Server?

  • Improved HTTP stack. The HTTP service sports many enhancements including improved performance, file system security, and better servlet support.

  • Access control for Domino file system. You can now configure access control lists (ACLs) for files (HTML, WAVs, GIFs, and so on) served up by Domino from the file system.

  • Automatic HTTP server optimization. Domino can now configure various server settings automatically based on the types of Web applications you are running.
