Additional Utilities Available on the Notes CD: Actioneer
Actioneer is an add-in program available in the APPS subdirectory on the Notes CD. This program enables users to enter information into the Notes client calendar, even when Notes is not running.
Because Actioneer has access to the user's calendar, the user is prompted for the Notes password even if he is already logged in. After the program is active a small version of the icon appears in the Windows System Tray. Open Actioneer by clicking the icon.
Click the To Do, Appointment, or Journal Entry icon and enter text. Actioneer attempts to populate fields such as the date, beginning times, and end times based on the text a user enters.
