Chapter 12. User Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Life would be so much easier if we didn't have to upset our perfectly running system. But users come and go, change their names, or move around the company, forcing us to update records or to migrate their databases to other servers. Occasionally, a user might even forget his password, requiring us to use Password Recovery to get him on his feet again!

Most of the changes that we'll be covering in this chapter can be accomplished through the Domino Administrator client, through actions in the Domino Directory, using the Web Administrator or using the NT User Administration program.
