Using Interactive Q & A

Indians tend to enjoy interactive training, so spice up the sessions with some lively Q & A. Throw out an open question to the team and allow them to chime in with their ideas and answers. Most Indians are naturally competitive and work hard to come up with the correct responses before others in the room. When they do offer up a right answer, be sure to praise them because Indians value praise highly, especially in public and in front of their peers.

As you incorporate the Q & A sessions, remember that it is important to maintain control of the discussion and to steer the responses so that they are made one at a time with the right points being emphasized.
