Brake Pads

Brake pads come in several varieties, with different materials meant for different uses. Of all the brake components, pads and shoes are the most critical to match to the way you drive your car. If you took every brake part out of a Nextel Cup car and installed it on a street car, the brake pads would be the least acceptable part for street use of any of the components. Likewise, if you are going road racing and can only afford one brake upgrade, make it the pads.
