Weight Transfer

When a car goes around a corner, its weight will shift to the outside of the circle. The amount of weight that shifts is determined by the location of the car’s center of gravity, the weight of the car, and how hard you are cornering. The suspension cannot do much to change the amount of weight transferred from side to side, but it can determine whether the shifted weight ends up on the front or back wheels.
