Stop. Rest. Relax. Today is a “white space” day so that you can celebrate your progress thus far. Have you been dying to goof off? Play hooky? See a movie? Take the dog for a long nature walk? Give yourself a mini-spa day? Eat pizza, chocolate, and ice cream in front of the TV?

Today is the day to DO IT!
