Models of Global Diversity Management

Global diversity management (GDM) is an approach to managing diversity in a way that leverages differences in a global workforce. We present models of managing global diversity to aid and inspire practitioners to locate their own organizational practices and reflect on them in the context of academic research. We developed these models drawing on evidence from field studies stretching over a decade.
