Add a prefix to a topic title

Add a text, variable, or image prefix to a topic title so that it is part of the title itself and appears in the Table of Contents, bookmarks, related links, and other locations.

You might want to add a text prefix to a topic title, such as the "Exercise:" prefix found in front of task titles in this book. As you might imagine, topic titles are processed in many different places in the PDF plugin; they’re processed as part of the topic itself, as part of the Table of Contents, as part of the PDF bookmarks, and so on. You could append this prefix in any of several places, but it wouldn’t actually become part of the title—you wouldn’t see it in the Table of Contents or PDF bookmarks, for example.
