Omit page numbers for TOC entry levels

Leave out page numbers for specific entry levels in the Table of Contents, such as chapter title entries.

You might want to leave out page numbers for level-1 TOC entries (or any other level). It’s pretty easy to do this.

  1. In toc.xsl, locate the following code:
