Format table rules

Determine the appearance of the rules (lines) within a table.

The table frames and the rule under the table heading row should be 2pt dark red, but all other table rules should be 1pt dark gray.

Note: These steps describe one way to override the specifications in the common.border__top, common.border__bottom, common.border__left, and common.border__right attribute sets, which all table-rule-related attribute sets ultimately use. There are other methods as well, so feel free to explore what works best for you.
  1. Open commons-attr.xsl.
  2. Find the attribute set common.border__left:
  3. Just after that attribute set, add the following new attribute sets:
    <xsl:attribute-set name="table.frame__top"> <xsl:attribute name="border-top-style">solid</xsl:attribute> ...
