Set up headers that include boilerplate text

Set up a header to include boilerplate text, such as "Table of Contents" or "Index"

From our template specification, you know that the headers on the toc-odd and index-odd pages should include boilerplate text along with the external file.

  1. Open static-content.xsl.
  2. Find the following section:
