Link attribute sets

The attribute sets that you use to format the appearance of links are found in links-attr.xsl. Here is a list of those attributes along with their purpose and what XSLT stylesheets they are called from.

Note: links-attr.xsl, as delivered in the Open Toolkit, has two instances of the linkpool attribute set. None of the sets has any attributes within them, and the duplication appears to be a simple oversight. If you copy this file into your PDF plugin, you can delete one instance.
