Foreword
I was first approached about this book via Facebook messenger by my friend, Leigh Singleton. She told me she knew a guy who was looking for someone to ghostwrite a tech-novel. He had asked her, but she was working on her own book and she thought of me. I really wish I had saved that correspondence, because I’m pretty sure my reply was something along the lines of, “I don’t know what any of those words mean.” Of course, I’ve heard of ghostwriters before, but I had no idea what it is they actually DO.
