Sustaining Discovery-Driven Growth

The challenge of introducing discovery-driven planning to an organization is by no means met just because a critical mass of people are using a few of the tools. We have found that certain structures and practices are necessary (if not entirely sufficient) to support the process and to sustain a discovery-driven mindset.
