As president of my National Speakers Association New England chapter, I’ve met hundreds of experts who speak. A lot of them have written books but have been frustrated when they don’t sell. “What am I doing wrong?” they wonder. The answer is—not enough. Without commitment, time, and tenacity, they end up disappointed with the results.

Investing in success is important for any leader. It takes effort to build a brand. You can accomplish a lot with a little, if you’re smart and have a good team.
