LEVERAGING YOUR TIME

I’ve had the opportunity to employ a similar technique with my own team at Bates Communications. I enjoy writing, so I blog several times a week and tweet at least once a day, sometimes more. So, as busy as my schedule is, I need help. Our consultants, marketing director, assistant, and PR team are all on the lookout for ideas. They e-mail and text me articles and links to videos and blogs every day. Even my family gets in on the act. This is a great help; a jumpstart with a big idea gets me thinking, which leverages my time well.
