It’s a good idea to assess awareness of your brand as you set out to increase your brand velocity. One way to do that is to review what people say about you. That includes what is reported in the media, through articles, bylines, and interviews. If you are just beginning to build a public brand, and you haven’t had much publicity, that’s okay. This is a good time to start thinking about how you want to communicate your brand in the media, and to the public.
