Feelings of anger and fear can easily build up in any conflict situation and further fuel the conflict. Earlier, I discussed the importance of both letting go of your own anger and letting others release angry, negative feelings to clear the way towards a resolution. But sometimes it can be hard to release those negative emotions, so this chapter will teach you various techniques for dealing with your own anger and fear.
