ORGANIZATION, CREW, AND PROCEDURES FOR THE LARGER PRODUCTION

 

 

 

Successful small groups are apt to grow into larger organizations whose shooting requires the traditional divisions of labor. At the very least you will need a production department able to manage your logistics and finances, and additional crew members to assist the sound recordist and camera operator/director of photography.
