Once your production staff is assembled and your crew is in place, it's time to put together the motley crew of eager thespians that will bring your characters to life. Convincing people to audition for a film is pretty easy to do. After all, who didn't grow up fantasizing about being a movie star? Everyone wants to be in a movie, right?
