When I was younger, my mom used to tell me, “It’s good to learn from your own mistakes, but it’s better to learn from someone else’s mistakes.” Now that I’m older, I see the value of that statement, and I agree that letting someone else make mistakes for you saves you time and trouble. In this chapter, I outline ten common mistakes wedding photographers make, in hopes that you’ll be able to avoid the hassle that they can bring and easily transition into shooting weddings.
