Abstract

The chapter discusses the challenges of managing the complexity of a DVS project and using the Project Management Institute principals to help lay out a foundation for successfully managing requirements, resources, changes, subcontractors, and the customer. Also detailed is the final acceptance test plan for project acceptance and closing.
