In this chapter we’re going to go over four process steps that don’t need to be done in any sort of order other than after the styleguide, since at that point, requirements should be completely confirmed and we’ve entered scope freeze. In fact, they can all be done at the same time. I normally wait until the entire project (all sprints) are through styling before starting analysis because I feel it streamlines the process, and it helps the folks we’ll be talking with to get an overview of the entire project, instead of just chunks of it. That way they can confirm their recommendations without any caveats pending their full review.
