Purpose: To Observe and Photograph Sunlight at Different Times of Day.
The color of daylight shifts from red/orange to blue to red/orange. These three shifts peak at sunrise, midday, and sunset.
- For this assignment, you will need to locate an outdoor scene that you can return to at least three times, and a composition you can repeat. You should scout out the location ahead of time.
To complete this assignment you only need three photographs. However, don’t waste the opportunity. If it is a good location, find as many subjects as you can after you have taken the photo for the assignment.
