We realize far too late what life is truly about. Fortunately, if we’re smart, we can learn a great deal about life, and our purpose, by heeding the advice of successful leaders. As Bill Clinton exhorts in a 2010 Readers Digest interview:

 

Find something you care about where you can make a difference with whatever time or money you have. The older I get, the more I want to keep score: Are people better off when I quit than when I started?

As advice to recent college graduates on what vocational field they should enter, Clinton said:
