Performance Assessment
Abstract
This chapter examines performance assessment within the laboratory and the measures that are used to monitor and manage the process. These measures include security metrics, internal audit, management reviews and client feedback. The chapter also looks at the measures for managing client complaints and non-compliances with standards.
