Because the Management Skills Assessment Instrument (MSAI) has been widely used and is such an important supplement to organizational culture change efforts—as well as being an excellent personal management improvement tool—we include a brief discussion of its psychometric properties here. This discussion may be helpful to individuals who want to use this instrument in their own organization change efforts or for research purposes.
