When we talk about automating the test, this does not mean just automating the testing. The test automation should include provisioning test data and running the standard test to ensure that the standard of the code meets the enterprise service level agreement. The testing must be continuous and should run 100 or 1,000 times, and then, upon successful completion, should automatically be promoted to a higher environment. The quality of the code should be checked regularly and returned back to the developer to be reworked if the code coverage, source code analysis, and performance of the code are not up to the baseline.
