9.1 Introduction
In Part Two of the book, we discussed the major functionalities of the continuous deployment pipeline, such as build, test, and deployment. There are other DevOps operations that resemble a process-like pipeline such as error detection, diagnosis, and recovery. In this chapter, we use the word DevOps pipeline to represent all aspects of DevOps.
