Introduction
In many organizations, once you have proven your abilities, the next logical step is to move into management. Although this might appear logical, many organizations do not take the time to ensure that those who are moving into management positions have the skills, abilities, knowledge, and even attitude that will ensure they will be successful in a managerial position.
