We are being called to work together more effectively, to collaborate, in many areas at work. The problems we are facing today are far greater than our current individual skill and ability to solve them. We must expand our skill to collaborate effectively together. In part, working together better means that we must increase the levels of trust and respect we have for one another. The exercise that follows is designed to increase trust, respect, and mutual understanding between two disparate groups at work.
