Chapter 8. Deployment and Security

In this chapter, we’ll take a detailed look at how to deploy InfoPath forms. We’ll begin by presenting an overview of InfoPath deployment patterns. Deployment patterns include both a mode and a medium. The mode is the form, form template, signed form template, or installation package. The medium is the location—for example, local machine, e-mail, Web site (including SharePoint), or a combination of e-mail and Web site.

The InfoPath designer associates a security level with your form based on its design (which features it uses).
