Even the best of plans cannot anticipate every problem. The real test comes when it is time to implement the design. That is the subject of this chapter.
Your essential task at this stage of the DLT process is to plan the implementation of the design of your development process and discern any resistance that the organization might have to it. Additionally, you should continue to seek and bolster support from senior leaders in the organization.
