To begin exploring leadership implications, ask yourself questions such as:
What action would you expect your leaders to take in response to these challenges?
What actions would you expect your leaders to do more of or less of?
What happens if your organization's leaders do not make these changes?
Record your conclusions on the Leadership Implications Worksheet (Exhibit 3.1), and then ask others (key executives and representative constituent groups) for their thoughts to add to your perspective.
