The DLT evaluation-design guidelines suggested here will help you improve the quality of the data you collect and present:
Examine impact from multiple perspectives.
Assess the different kinds of change that can be observed.
Use multiple data-collection methods.
Look at change over time.
Assess individual and group-level change.
Use control groups for comparison.
Use time-series designs for comparison.
