6.6. 360-DEGREE FEEDBACK TOOLS

Formal 360-degree feedback provides something that informal feedback seldom does: a structured means of collecting and processing data and an opportunity to reflect on this valuable information. It may be the only time some leaders ever consciously stop to take stock of their performance effectiveness in an organized way.
