Expressing a vision is very much like putting your hand on the steering wheel of a moving vehicle. On the one hand, you have control of where the vehicle goes and can influence its future course. You have status as the driver, and others look to you for their safety. On the other hand, you have responsibility in case the vehicle ends up in the ditch instead of at its intended destination.
