Vision? For some people, the word may sound hopelessly otherworldly: St. Paul on the road to Damascus, Charlemagne and the burning cross in the sky, Joan of Arc and a transcendent glimpse of the destiny of France. However, we can turn down the volume on history and the movies to see vision in the common light of day. It’s something we each experience in our daily lives as well as a skill that can be learned as part of our individual leadership development.
