The Assessment

The following 60-question assessment takes about 15 minutes to complete. It will reveal dominant tendencies—in effect, what a person does most naturally—in eight common areas related to leadership style and personality type.

How can such information be useful to you? First, you can begin to predict how you will tend to approach challenges as a leader and where you are likely to experience interpersonal conflict with team members and others.
