  • WSCL is the leading candidate for a standard single-party conversation language in the Web services arena today.

  • WSCL is not yet a standard for Web services (it is a W3C Note), and there are currently no publicly available toolkits that support WSCL creation or consumption.

  • Any complex Web service that requires multiple interactions to execute a process should advertise a conversational interface (as much for human documentation as future machine consumption).
