HomeDirect Requirements

HomeDirect Bank shall utilize the existing databases and other infrastructure at all times. It shall be possible to easily migrate to a different platform vendor should the need arise.

The user interface shall be developed in such as way that customers can easily carry out inquiry or transaction services with minimal mouse clicks. Only valid user services shall be allowed at any given time. For example, if a user has no bills to pay, the service will indicate so and will not allow a pay bills transaction to be attempted.
