The exercises in this book are presented to support your work in developing emotional intelligence in leaders and teams. The skills and competencies required can be addressed with or without the use of an assessment. Assessments can increase awareness and motivation for change, so we find that gaining the data and clarifications from credible assessments is a great strategy for success.
