Chapter 9. Integrating a Service with Cisco IP Phones

Once you have created a service, you need to make it available (or have the Cisco CallManager administrator make it available) to users by adding the service to Cisco CallManager Administration. Once configured in CallManager Administration, the service can be distributed to users via the Cisco IP Phone User Options Web page. Users subscribe to any service in their cluster via the Cisco IP Phone User Options Web page, or CallManager administrators can sufbscribe phones to services in CallManager Administration. CallManager administrators can also use the Bulk Administration Tool (BAT) to subscribe services to new phones.
