9.3. HOLD A PRE-CLASS GET-TOGETHER

If practical, schedule a one- or two-day meeting of all participants-learners, instructors, assistants, support technicians, and other staff. Use the meeting to introduce everyone, to overcome initial hurdles, and to motivate learners who may be unfamiliar with virtual classroom courses. Follow a meeting agenda something like the one described in the following example:
