Chapter 6. The Relationship with the Users
In Chapter 5, “The Relationship with the Business,” I discussed identifying application design tasks and the dependencies between tasks. In this chapter I discuss how to specify the details of a task. When identifying tasks and their dependencies, designers need to talk to subject area experts and senior managers; for task details they also need to talk to the application’s end users or, more precisely, the end users’ representatives.
