Let’s say you work for a big ol’ company about to release a major update to your most popular Web application. And let’s say you’ve done all the design and development work, the application is now sitting in QA, and you’re planning to flip the switch on the new version in a week.

And let’s say you call me up at this very moment to do a usability review of the new design and you tell me all about your plan.
