Section 4. One-on-Many Facilitation

There are times when you are center stage–be that in the center of an actual stage or just the single point of focus for a group of people who are interested in the content you are providing. You have the control of the content, and an audience who (in theory) is listening intently, providing only limited reactions and contributions. When you understand how to handle these scenarios, your confidence will shine through and make your content the star that it deserves to be front and center on the stage.
