All the planning and practice in the world can’t prepare you for the unknown. This holds true when it comes to facilitation, too! Eventually, you’ll find yourself in a situation that you never dreamt possible, with little time to react or solve the problem. Sometimes you just have to suck it up, go with the flow, and pray that you can complete your presentation and come out unscathed.
